This team assists in bringing people from church attendance to participating in ministry with us. They encourage membership in the church, create a ministry opportunities list, have contact with potential new members, conduct spiritual gift surveys, set up the introduction of new members to the congregation, and connect new members with leaders of church ministries. They encourage active participation in church events.

A person on this team has a heart to draw others into deeper involvement in church ministries, helping them find where their gifts and abilities can be of benefit to the Kingdom.
